We leave our customers free to choose the door panel. There are many variations and styles possible, and we don't want to limit our customers to a small selection.

So we decided to sell our sliding door systems exclusively door panel. However, they can be ordered separately next to the door panels product category.

The door fitting is delivered unassembled with your door panel. This is for ease of transportation. The sliding door handles are supplied separately. The door is completely pre-milled for the door fittings. The door fitting therefore only needs to be glued.

We leave our customers free to choose the door panel. Many doors are suitable for our sliding door systems.

In principle, a simple blunt door can be suitable for many of our systems. When choosing your door panel, keep the following points in mind:

Make sure that you have the right dimensions for the system, you can find these in the technical data of your sliding door system.
Also pay attention to the material, is it glass, wood or steel? Check which one is suitable for your sliding door system. Some sliding door systems can be made suitable for a different material by adding a certain accessory.
Is the door made of wood? Also pay attention to what the inside of the door is made of. Solid core doors have the most noise reduction. Many of our sliding door systems also run better if they have a somewhat heavier door.
Note the weight of the door. Check what weight your sliding door system can bear.
In many cases, the door will also have to be milled. For the door fitting, but also to make it suitable for the sliding door system.

Yes, that's possible. Under the Door panels section you will find various door panels for our built-in systems from the manufacturer Ermetika®. Doors can also be ordered for our separate rail systems, but since this involves customization, contact must be made for this.

We can advise you on door panels for our sliding glass door systems, but we do not sell these ourselves. We ourselves have had good experiences with glass producer Balink, they are also already familiar with many of our products.

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a kind of rigid PVC. The color is not 100% the same as the top layer, but it is similar.

Outlet products cannot be returned. This is also described in our General Terms and Conditions.

For the products we have in stock, our delivery time is generally 1 to 2 working days.

If the product is not in stock, take into account a delivery time of 4 to 8 weeks and shorter where possible.

Do you want to be sure of the delivery time for your products? Then contact us!

If you see when you deliver your order that the packaging is so damaged that you doubt whether the products are in good condition, we advise you to refuse the shipment. Do you keep the stuff? In any case, have the damage registered with the carrier.

We recommend taking pictures in both cases. Send it to info@bestfix.nl and contact us.

Check the packing slip that comes with your order. It contains the products that you should have received. Sometimes it happens that we do not have a small part of the products in stock. Then we often choose to send the products that we already have.
The rest of the products will then be shipped at a later date.

Is the shipment not in accordance with the packing slip or are you in doubt? Then contact us!

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you will be given the opportunity to indicate your request for a special delivery day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to take into account your preference for a part of the day or delivery time.

Orders above €150 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. For orders up to €150.- euro, we use a standard amount of €12.50 for shipping costs.

BestFix Sliding Door Systems does not install the sliding door systems itself. We do work with a number of partners who can install the systems for you. Contact us to request a quote.

We also have a list of contractors who are familiar with our products. They can also help you install the systems.

We are also available on working days between 08:30 and 17:00 if you have any questions during the installation.

With most products we send an installation manual. You can also find the manuals for the product on the product page. There you can find the manuals and other documentation under the tab 'Documentation'.

Instructional videos are also available for some products. Look for this under the tab 'instruction videos'. If the tab is not visible, there is no instructional video available.

We strongly advise against adjusting the size of a pocket system yourself. Are you doing this? Then the factory warranty expires.

Our pocket systems come with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty.

Our manufacturer Ermetika has built a handy configurator. This allows you to easily find built-in systems that are suitable for your situation. You can also download the technical data there. There you can find all sizes of the system and also the sizes for the door panel.

Before you fill in the configurator, it is useful to know the dimensions of the desired door opening or the dimensions of the available space for the built-in system (in cm). The configurator is also only available in English, a Dutch version is still being worked on.

The plasterboard installation systems are suitable for walls with a metal stud or wooden profile. The wall and the built-in system are then finished with plasterboard.

The built-in systems for the solid wall have a mesh grid over the cassette. This is so that the recessed system can be plastered directly to the wall.

The biggest difference is convenience. Basically the Absolute Evo is the ready-made version of the Absolute Kit. Both systems are easy to install. But the complete set (Absolute Evo) is of course placed faster.

There are also some other minor differences. For example, the Absolute Evo has slightly more noise reduction (after all, there is a completely closed cassette in the wall). The Absolute Evo is also suitable for doors up to 125 kg, for the Kit Singolo this is up to 100 kg.

The biggest difference is convenience. Basically the Evolution is the ready-made version of the EvoKit. Both systems are easy to install. But the complete set is of course placed faster. There are also some other minor differences. For example, the Evolution has slightly more noise reduction (after all, there is a completely closed cassette in the wall). The Evolution is also suitable for doors up to 125 kg, for the Evokit this is up to 100 kg.

Yes. It is possible to order the built-in systems in steps of 5 cm instead of 10 cm increments. For example, a door width of 95 cm and a door height of 215 cm. Prices are on request.

There are also some other minor differences. For example, the Absolute Evo has slightly more noise reduction (after all, there is a completely closed cassette in the wall). The Absolute Evo is also suitable for doors up to 125 kg, for the Kit Singolo this is up to 100 kg.

In principle, everything that falls outside our standard stock of products is specially made for the customer and is therefore custom-made products. Many sizes are possible.

Yes, most sliding door systems have .dwg files to download (zip files). The DWG files can be found on the product page of almost every system, under the Documentation tab.

Buckaroo is a Collecting Payment Service Provider (CPSP), which provides payment services, such as iDEAL, especially for web shops. In the context of the service Buckaroo obtains personal data (for example: name, address, place of residence and e-mail address). This data is processed within Buckaroo, so that, on the basis of a legal obligation, a thorough customer due diligence can be performed prior to Buckaroo's services.

On the basis of the activities that Buckaroo carries out and the services it offers, being a CPSP, both to its customers and to consumers, Buckaroo can be regarded as a controller pursuant to Article 4(7) GDPR. This means that Buckaroo is not regarded as a processor. PayPal

PayPal is a safe, simple and fast way to pay online, anywhere in the world. The advantage of this payment method is that we process your order immediately. The disadvantage of this payment method is that it is relatively expensive. PayPal accepts VISA/Mastercard/American Express. PayPal charges a surcharge on the total amount that we pass on to you during the ordering process.

To pay with PayPal, you must register once. It is best to do this before making a purchase. After the one-time registration you can use the PayPal account at any time. You can easily top up the credit online on the PayPal website. The money is immediately available for payments or purchases.
