Sliding door for KLEIN® Lite systems

MK10 Lite is a sliding door panel an HPL top layer, especially suitable for the suspension kit Lite Retrac by KLEIN® Europe. It is also possible to choose a flat top of the sliding door to make it suitable for a suspension bracket on top of the door (suspension type Superior).

Choose your door size

Width

When determining your door size, it is important to take into account an overlap on both sides of the door opening, otherwise you will continue to see a gap. We recommend at least 4 cm on both sides. With a doorway of 90 cm wide, the door width will then be 98 cm. If the sliding door meets a wall on one side, this will be different.

Height

The height of your door panel depends on how you are going to attach your track system. If you hang the track from the ceiling, take into account the height of the track itself (3 cm for Lite60 and 3.6 cm for Lite+) and the space needed between the track and the door (4 mm for Retrac).
If the sliding door track is in a suspended ceiling, your sliding door will hang 4 mm below it. When mounting on the wall, it is important how high you will hang the track above your doorway. You can always adjust the height, but leave a gap of at least 5 mm for air circulation.
If you order the door panel with a flat top because you are going to fix the hanging brackets on top of rather than in the door, then you should take into account that about 22 mm space is needed between the door and the rail.

HPL options

By default, this sliding door comes in white (similar to RAL9010), but the door panel is also available in other HPL decors.
HPL decors from the Essential collection have an ABS edge finish (a hard platic finish that is similar in color to the HPL chosen). HPL decors from the Trendsetter collection do not have a standard ABS edge finish but a hardwood edge (mahogany). From 10 sliding doors or more it is possible to choose an ABS edge finish.

There is a continuous groove at the bottom of the door for the floor guide.

Door handles

The sliding door is supplied as standard without routings for door handles. If you choose a door handle from our range, the routing for this is made 80 mm from the side and 1050 mm from the bottom of the door. There is no routing for a pull ring at the top of the door. However, if a pull ring is required, it can be fitted afterwards using a 25 mm speed drill.

The surcharge for the routing includes the chosen handle. It is delivered separately.
