The convenient 'do-it-yourself' pocket system

Sliding door system EvoKit is a pocket frame where the cassette is delivered in separate parts, this makes transport and storage is very easy. The EvoKit is the unassembled version of Ermetika's classic pocket frame Evolution. It is ready for installation within 30 minutes due to the convenient snap-fit principle.

Because of the separately supplied cassette, the EvoKit comes in a manageable package, which is ideal for hard-to-reach areas such as a narrow attic staircase or small walk-in closet.

The system is finished with separate doorpost and architraves.

The included suspension system with ball bearings makes the sliding door open and close smoothly and silently. The system is suitable for door panels up to 100 kg (and 125 kg with a separate suspension set!). Using glass clamps, the EvoKit is also suitable for sliding glass doors. The mounting frame is easy to install in combination with a metal stud or wooden frame construction finished with 12.5 mm thick plasterboard.

The EvoKit is available for a single door (EvoKit Singolo) and for a double door (EvoKit Doppio).

Only suitable for drywall finish.

With a door height of up to 230 cm, the EvoKit Singolo is suitable for walls both 100 mm and 125 mm thick (this can be adjusted with an adjustment plate on the back of the system). From 240 cm, the door system is only suitable for a finished wall thickness of 12.5 cm.

Need a special door width?

This system is also optionally available in door opening widths of 65 cm, 75 cm, 85 cm and 95 cm. The cassette, into which the sliding door disappears, is then the size of the subsequent width. So with a door opening of 65 cm, the cassette will have the same size as that of a system with a door opening of 70 cm.
